Pour cela, nous avons besoin du soutien de nos clients<em>, fournisseurs, partenaires commerciaux<\/em> et autres parties int\u00e9ress\u00e9es, car ce n&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;ensemble que nous pouvons garantir une conformit\u00e9 globale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Code of Conduct : engagement &#8211; long terme &#8211; s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Notre code de conduite (Code of Conduct), enti\u00e8rement r\u00e9vis\u00e9 en 2021, sert d&rsquo;exigence pour nous-m\u00eames et d&rsquo;attente pour les tiers avec lesquels nous travaillons ; car le respect et la confiance mutuels d\u00e9terminent la relation entre nous et nos partenaires commerciaux. Nous sommes ainsi synonymes d&rsquo;engagement, de durabilit\u00e9 et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Nous ne tol\u00e9rons aucune infraction \u00e0 la loi et ne tol\u00e9rons ni harc\u00e8lement ni discrimination. Nous respectons les droits de l&rsquo;homme, quel que soit le pays dans lequel nous op\u00e9rons. Chaque employ\u00e9* est responsable du respect des lois en vigueur. Notre code de conduite contribue \u00e0 garantir le respect des normes les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es. Cette politique et les valeurs qu&rsquo;elle d\u00e9crit ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9labor\u00e9es en collaboration avec nos collaborateurs* des diff\u00e9rents sites et divisions de l&rsquo;entreprise, et ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tablies et formul\u00e9es en \u00e9troite collaboration avec nos responsables de la conformit\u00e9. Elle refl\u00e8te notre engagement et les valeurs de notre entreprise : responsabilit\u00e9, int\u00e9grit\u00e9, capacit\u00e9 de changement, performance, mais surtout estime et respect du monde dans lequel nous vivons et de chaque individu!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Des responsables de la conformit\u00e9 comme interlocuteurs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous avons d\u00e9sign\u00e9 des responsables de la conformit\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s desquels les employ\u00e9s* et les personnes d&rsquo;autres parties int\u00e9ress\u00e9es peuvent demander conseil ou signaler une violation du pr\u00e9sent Code de conduite. Chacun est tenu de chercher imm\u00e9diatement de l&rsquo;aide en cas de besoin et de signaler toute violation identifi\u00e9e dans son propre int\u00e9r\u00eat. En interne, le superviseur* ou un cadre peut conseiller l&#8217;employ\u00e9* ou l&rsquo;orienter vers le service appropri\u00e9 &#8211; il y a toujours une personne qui peut aider. En externe, veuillez vous adresser \u00e0 la personne de contact mentionn\u00e9e ci-dessous.
