The high demands on tightness and safety mean that many of our closure solutions require several components to achieve and permanently guarantee these properties. For example, sealing inserts made of different materials or degassing components may well be part of a closure solution. Once these different components have been produced, they are assembled into a complete chemical closure. These processes are usually very complex, as multiple components are assembled with great precision in a very short time and then checked for perfect placement and reliable sealing using sensors and/or camera systems. This also ensures high levels of safety and purity to protect the closures from even the smallest irregularities and impurities. This ensures the best possible packaging, even for highly pure and thus frequently very high-priced chemicals.
